The thoughts of a grumpy old git who has become stuffed to the gills with the peurile actions of politicains, spivs, banks, bureaucrats and others that have basically screwed up a great country. Oh and I loathe the EU.
In my town the developers cannot sell the upwards of 2000 flats they have recently built, plus all the houses. They are renting them out instead - if they have the cash. Two of my children have been looking for a place to live and have been offered a huge range of vacant properties to let and they have been easily able to bargain down the rentals. There is a wild oversupply of properties to rent and consequently the achievable rents are falling fast. Good.
Middle aged, middle class, middle height, middle weight, middle IQ, in fact just middling. Except that I am anything but middling furious about the current UK government. I am apoplectic.
